Three things we do not bend on.
We match by hand, not by keyword
Every shortlist is read by the recruiter who took the brief. A pile of matching CVs is not a shortlist, and we do not send one.
One recruiter owns a role end to end
The person who takes your brief screens, briefs and follows up. Nothing is handed to a queue, and nobody has to re-explain the role.
We say no when the fit is not there
A role we cannot fill well is a role we hand back — rather than one we fill with the closest available person and hope.
